The programme has been subsidised by A&O for its employees. 

In addition, if you are insured on the firm’s private medical policy with Cigna, the full cost of 4 sessions can be claimed under the Cigna Wellbeing Choices benefit.  Details of the Wellbeing Choices benefit can be found on A&O’s intranet (My A&O>My Wellbeing>Cigna Private Medical Insurance>Cigna Wellbeing Choices Benefits). 

The final cost to you of £150 represents a total saving of two-thirds of the full cost of the programme.
