I regularly run online cooking lessons via Zoom for children, teenagers, young adults and adults.
Check the Cooking Classes tab on the Book online page for up coming classes.
Children (9-11yo) & Teens (12-15yo) Classes
The objective is for the participants to acquire essential life skills, explore new flavours &new foods, and share their dishes with friends & family.
The lessons last 1hr during which we make 1 or 2 dishes, enough to feed 4 people.
Young Adults (16-19yo) Classes
The objective is to equip the participants with the knowledge on how to feed themselves properly, to learn a wide range of cooking skills and become competent cooks for their years at uni.
The lessons last 1.5hr during which we make 2 to 3 dishes and we talk about the basics of nutrition.
A great skill for the Duke of Edinburgh programmes.
All participants will need a phone, a tablet or a computer to join the session through Zoom from their kitchen.
You will need to have all the ingredients and the utensils readily on hand before we start. I will send a comprehensive list of what you need a week before but fear not, it will include only ingredients easy to source from local small shops and basic cooking utensils (e.g., knife, chopping board, mixing bowl, pan and oven tray, parchment paper)

"I thoroughly enjoyed the soup session on Wednesday. Whilst I think I’m a fairly competent cook, I learned new recipes, techniques and tips that will be really useful. I also had a fun morning and met some lovely people.”
"My children ate boeuf bourguignon!!! [...] They didn't even notice the black beans."
"Really fun, informative morning with such a great teacher. Would absolutely be there in a shot again for the next session!"
"Clem you are a natural communicator and 'host'. I felt so welcome in your kitchen. You put together the perfect 'ingredients' for a workshop full of inspiration and fun. Thank you!"
