
Cooking sessions

Throughout the year, I organise cooking sessions (full schedule here) during which we prepare delicious and nutritious recipes. These are great opportunities to learn about ingredients' nutritional value, pick up some great cooking techniques and broaden the range of your cooking.
Cooking sessions can be:

around a type of dish - soup; pulses; bread and salads

for a specific time of life - weaning your baby; athletes; the menopause; cooking skills for Uni (for students)

around an aspect of health - the gut ; the heart; weight loss

for special occasions - Christmas; Easter Lunch
We all cook together and share tips, and at the end you can leave with a sample of the meal... or join around the kitchen table to eat with all the participants. A very instructive and convivial event!

Sessions are held in North Kingston or your kitchen

Groups of 5 to 8 people

Duration: circa 2.5 hours, from 10:00am until 12:30pm - followed by a convivial meal

All* sessions are £50

Book 3 sessions* for £130

Book 5 sessions* for £200
*Except for the session Cooking for Uni which is a 2-day programme (price: £80)
