One Chicken, Many Possibilities

This session's mission is to bring the most out of a chicken.

Starting with a whole chicken, we will cut it into pieces in order to make delicious dishes. And nothing will be wasted!


We will make chicken stock, Italian cheesy chicken parcels, delicious finger food, a large tagine to deploy when you have to feed a crowd and we will learn the chefs' tricks to create a Michelin-star risotto.

Session held in a family kitchen, in North Kingston

Group of 5 to 8 people

Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)

Duration: circa 2 hours and half, from 10:00am until 12:30pm, followed by a meal around the kitchen table if you fancy
