In this session we will cover healthy festive recipes, as well as covering the basics of cooking a perfect turkey.
And from a nutritional point of view, we will discuss where and when to be mindful of the calories (navigating cocktail parties, balancing the menu, etc.) so you don't start the new year on the back foot.

Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)
Duration: circa 2 hours and half, from 10:00am until 12:30pm, followed by a meal around the kitchen table if you fancy
