In the session we will cook healthy and delicious dishes that will reduce your heart-related health risk.

Group of 5 to 8 people
Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)
Duration: circa 2 hours and half, from 10:00am until 12:30pm, followed by a meal around the kitchen table if you fancy
Cancellation policy: cancellation up to 48hrs before the class free or charge. Cancellation fee of £25 for less than 48hr notice. Full amount required when less than 24hr notice.
