Cooking the Perfect Easter Lunch
Cook the perfect roast lunch for the Easter/Spring celebration.
In this session you will learn how to cook the tastiest lamb leg and how to carve it, how to make amazing roast potatoes, and how to add some twists and surprises to the traditional feast.
We will also discuss the use of various fats and oils in cooking and their benefits (or not) for our health.

Session held in a family kitchen, in North Kingston
Group of 5 to 8 people
Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)
Duration: circa 2 hours and half, from 10:00am until 12:30pm, followed by a meal around the kitchen table if you fancy
