Cooking for the Family - Part 2

Due to popular demand, here comes part 2 of "Cooking for the family" *

If you are looking for ideas for easily-put-together dishes that will please everyone in the family, then come and get inspired! The focus is on simple, original, nutritious and balanced recipes that will sometime surprise - but never disappoint - the palate of all. A key principle is that by making a dish fun, children will be tempted to try something new.

This session will particularly focus on what key nutrients are required for active kids, and we will cover some nutrient-dense and healthy snacks to power their busy lives.

Lemony chicken and cauliflower kebabs

Couscous salad

Tomato and red lentils soup

Moroccan lamb wraps

Session held in a family kitchen, in North Kingston

Group of 5 to 8 people

Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)

Duration: circa 2 hours and half, from 10:00am until 12:30pm, followed by a meal around the kitchen table if you fancy
