"Two portions of fish a week" is the official recommendation, yet many people find cooking fish a daunting task. This session will make you confident to prepare (including filleting for the bravest!) and cook sustainable fish of all kinds, and pair them with the perfect vegetables.
From a nutritional stand point, we will discuss the goodness of having fish in our diet: which varieties to include, in which quantities, and with which specific benefits to our health.

Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)
Duration: circa 2 hours and half, from 10:00am until 12:30pm, followed by a meal around the kitchen table if you fancy
