Cooking for Gut Health
Did you know that our body hosts more micro-organisms in our gut than we have cells?
And that this gut microbiota make up a complex organism that comes to play in many aspects of your health: digestion of course, but also immune function, mood, cognitive health and weight management?
During this session we will look at foods (dietary fibre, probiotics) and dishes that can feed this powerful inner-ecosystem and enhance this beneficial symbiosis relationship, making it working for us.

Session held in a family kitchen, in North Kingston
Group of 5 to 8 people
Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)
Duration: circa 2 hours and half, from 10:00am until 12:30pm, followed by a meal around the kitchen table if you fancy
