Cooking with Summer Vegetables

Extend summer by cooking with seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes and peppers, whose health-giving properties will prepare our bodies for the winter months.

We will look at the best cooking techniques (roasting, sautéing, braising) to make these ingredients sing.

From a nutritional point of view, we will explore the benefits of these nutrient-dense ingredients, so essential to us as we face the winter months.

Session held in a family kitchen, in North Kingston

Group of 5 to 8 people

Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)

Duration: circa 2 hours and half, from 10:00am until 12:30pm, followed by a meal around the kitchen table if you fancy
