Cooking for Weight Loss
Losing weight isn't about feeling hungry all the time! In fact it can be an enjoyable adventure that increases your energy levels.
The trick is to understand which foods will make you feel full quickly, which ones will make you feel full for longer, and what will keep you brain happy.
In this session we'll discuss the ingredients to use in delicious dishes which will naturally reduce the amount of calories you eat... without the need to count them.

Cold Carrot Soup with Spicy Chickpeas
Mexican Pulled Pork, Black Beans and Tomato Salsa
Green Veg, Feta and Puy Lentil salads
Session held in a family kitchen, in North Kingston
Group of 5 to 8 people
Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)
Duration: circa 2 hours and half, from 10:00am until 12:30pm, followed by a meal around the kitchen table if you fancy
Cancellation policy: cancellation up to 48hrs before the class free or charge. Cancellation fee of £25 for less than 48hr notice. Full amount required when less than 24hr notice.
