Cooking with Winter Vegetables

February, and you are starting to be a bit fed up with eating the same fruit and veg again and again. 

 

Luckily winter fruit and veg have so much to give.

Squashes, fennels, carrots, chicories, cabbages, cauliflowers, beetroots, pears, apple, and oranges have hidden secrets and nutritional surprises. We will explore all the goodness of these products and prepare some very quick and simple side dishes as well as some more complete dishes.

Session held in a family kitchen, in North Kingston

Group of 5 to 8 people

Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)

Duration: circa 2 hours and half, from 10:00am until 12:30pm, followed by a meal around the kitchen table if you fancy
