WORTH THE WEIGHT is an evidence-led weight management programme combining nutrition and behavioural sciences to transform your eating habits, lose weight and equip you to maintain it long term. It is run online, using Zoom (as well as other tools to keep the sessions interactive) The small group makes a wonderful set up to share with, learn from and support each other, under the guidance of a nutrition and eating behaviours expert. The programme is structured in 2 phases that can be booked separately. Phase 1 - THE ACTIVE PHASE - lasts 3 months during which we meet every week (12 sessions) and explore a wide range of tools (nutrition, behavioural and cognitive) to support weight loss. Phase 2 - THE CONSOLIDATION PHASE - focuses on consolidating the weight loss and learning to maintain it long term (8 sessions spread over 5 months) COST Phase 1 : £300 for 12 sessions (£25/sessions) Phase 2: £160 for 8 sessions (£20/sessions) **Discount price of £390 (rather than £460) if you commit to the full programme** *** Early-bird 10% discount for all bookings of phase 1 or full programme before 21st April 2021*** NOTE: PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AFTER REGISTRATION - You will not be charged at this point For more details check page "Services>Weight Programme" or get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org
Consultations and workshops can be cancelled with no fee with 48hr notice. Cancellation with less than 48hr notice will be charged at 50%. Cancellation on the day of the event will be charged at full price.
