WORTH THE WEIGHT is an evidence-led weight management programme combining nutrition and behavioural sciences to transform your eating habits, lose weight and equip you to maintain it long term. It is run online, using Zoom (as well as other tools to keep the sessions interactive) The small group makes a wonderful set up to share with, learn from and support each other, under the guidance of a nutrition and eating behaviours expert. The programme is structured in 2 phases that can be booked separately. Phase 1 - THE ACTIVE PHASE - lasts 3 months during which we meet every week (12 sessions) and explore a wide range of tools (nutrition, behavioural and cognitive) to support weight loss. Phase 2 - THE CONSOLIDATION PHASE - focuses on consolidating the weight loss and learning to maintain it long term (8 sessions spread over 5 months) COST Full Programme: £450 for 20 sessions Phase 1 : £330 for 12 sessions Phase 2: £180 for 8 sessions (early bird discount available for full programme or phase 1 only) For more details check page" Services . For online consultation: cancellation with no fee with 24hr notice; cancellation with less than 24hr notice will be charged at 50%; cancellation on the day of the event will be charged at full price. For face to face consultation: cancellation with no fee with 48hr notice; cancellation with less than 48hr notice will be charged at 50%; cancellation on the day of the event will be charged at full price. For Worth the weight, weight management programme: full refund for booking cancellation before the start of the programme; cancellation request after session 1 but before session 2 will incur a £50 fee; no refund after session 2.
